  20. 1 red bell pepper cut into long strips
  21. 1 yellow bell pepper cut into long strips

  23. 1 green pepper cut into long strips
  24. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  25. as per taste Salt
  26. 1 big potato cut into chips
  27. To assemble=
  28. as required Lettuce leaves washed and wiped dry

  6. Put a cheese slice on the top of the Patti. Top it up with the salad prepared earlier. Cover it with the other slice of the bun. Put a piece of red bell pepper or cherry tomato on the top of the bun and pass a toothpick through it piercing the bun too.
